Abstract:
The present invention relates to an unsaturated polyether monomer, and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method therefor. The unsaturated polyether monomer of the present invention has formula I. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer of the present invention is a copolymer of the unsaturated polyether monomer and unsaturated carboxylic acid, and comprises a monomer unit derived from the unsaturated polyether monomer and a monomer unit derived from the unsaturated carboxylic acid. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared from the unsaturated polyether monomer in the present invention can well solve the problem of mud in concrete, which means that clay will not change the adsorption capability of corresponding PCE for cement; the present invention can well adapt to the field of concrete having a high content (5-10%) of mud in sand and the field of gypsum dispersants.
