Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that a time duration between a first portion of an uplink transmission on a first uplink carrier and a second portion of an uplink transmission on a second uplink carrier does not satisfy a carrier switching threshold. The UE may puncture, in a carrier switching gap, at least one of the first portion of the uplink transmission or the second portion of the uplink transmission based at least in part on a first channel priority associated with a first uplink channel on which the first portion of the uplink transmission is to be transmitted and a second channel priority associated with a second uplink channel on which the second portion of the uplink transmission is to be transmitted.
