An upper cover of an electric cooker comprises a steam valve cover plate assembly (1) and a cover body, and comprises a seal ring (4) disposed between the steam valve cover plate assembly (1) and the cover body. A movable buckle (6) is formed on one side of the cove body. The steam valve cover plate assembly (1) is disposed on the inner side of an inner cover (3). The steam valve cover plate assembly (1) comprises a cover plate (1-3), a steam valve cover (1-4), a steam valve seat (1-5), and a fixed buckle (1-6) formed on one side of a blank holder (1-1). The fixed buckle (1-6) is fitted to the movable buckle (6) of the inner cover (3) in a bucked manner. One of the steam valve cover (1-4) and the steam valve seat (1-5) is integrated with the cover plate (1-3) in a molding manner, or is integrated with the cover plate (1-3) in a detachable or non-detachable connection manner to form the cover plate assembly.
