Abstract:
Disclosed is the use of C188-9, Venetoclax, and Bumetanide in a drug for fibrotic diseases. From a clinical view, an RNA recognition motif (RRM) region of the LARP6 protein is used as a docking target, and is subjected to computer virtual docking and simulated screening. Finally it is found by means of cellular and animal experiments that, in the process of the occurrence and development of injury-induced fibrosis, by means of combining C188-9, Venetoclax and Bumetanide (a potent quick-acting diuretic commonly used clinically) with the RRM region of the LARP6 protein so as to inhibit the stability of collagen mRNA, collagen production is inhibited, and as such fibrosis-related diseases are inhibited. The content of basic research of the pathogenesis of fibrosis-related diseases is enriched, and a new way of thinking is provided for the deeper exploration of the essential causes of fibrotic disease pathogenesis. Moreover, C188-9, Venetoclax, and Bumetanide can be considered as a new potential drug for the clinical treatment of fibrotic diseases.
