Abstract:
A user-customized smart EMS training suit, according to the present invention, has good portability and wearability and includes an APP which can control EMS by being wirelessly connected to an EMS suit and enable an EMS control device to be controlled by a smart device. The user-customized smart EMS training suit comprises: a multi-channel EMS device which uses BLE wireless communication so as to be connected to the smart device and to be controlled by the smart device, and can generate EMS suitable for muscles; a process for generating low frequencies that match music; a control APP (UX) which can be used by a user with maximum convenience and minimum movement; a UX which enables the user to conduct EMS training with minimum setting; and a safety device which enables safe use of the EMS device.
