A UE (200) determines whether or not a gNB (100C) that is different from an eNB (100A) to which the UE (200) connects holds relevant information that indicates a state of the UE (200). The UE (200) transmits a connection request with the gNB (100C) to the gNB (100C) even if the gNB (100C) does not hold the relevant information.
