Abstract:
A method performed by a user equipment (UE), and a user equipment and a base station. The method comprises: receiving, from a base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) message containing a switching command; saving the switching configurations comprised in the first RRC message; and managing the switching configurations. A UE remains in communication with a source base station before receiving an RRC message containing a switching command and before performing switching, thereby reducing the interruption time affecting data transmission.
