Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to appropriately suppress interference, even if UL/DL is controlled dynamically. Provided is a user terminal that uses a transmission time interval (TTI) having a predetermined TTI length, said user terminal comprising a measuring unit that performs measurements using measurement resources assigned dynamically from the wireless base station, and a transmission unit that transmits information pertaining to measurement results, wherein the measurement unit uses the measurement resources to measure signals transmitted from another user terminal.
