Abstract:
A UV nano anticorrosive coating, a circuit board obtained by using same, and a preparation method and an application. The circuit board having an anticorrosive coating comprises a circuit board (1), a primer coating (2), and a UV nano anticorrosive coating layer (3). The UV nano anticorrosive coating layer (3) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of a UV resin, 20-40 parts of an acrylate monomer, 3-8 parts of an initiator, 0.5-2 parts of an antirusting agent (5), 1-5 parts of superhydrophobic nano powder (4), and 1-5 parts of an auxiliary. Provided is a preparation method for the UV nano anticorrosive coating layer (3). The UV nano anticorrosive coating layer has a scientific formulation, the circuit board anticorrosive coating has a reasonable design, has high adhesion and good hydrophobic performance, effectively prevents the penetration of droplets and a corrosive medium (6) into the circuit board (1), and has good long-term waterproof performance and high corrosion resistance, the preparation method is simple, easy to operate, has low apparatus requirements, is easy to implement industrialization, and is especially suitable for white goods and electronic products in coastal or offshore areas.
