Abstract:
Disclosed is a vaccine composition against SFTS virus, the composition using a Gn or Gc protein, an NP protein, or a mixture thereof, on the basis of experimental results showing that a recombinant protein in which the extracellular domain of a Gn or Gc protein of the SFTS virus is fused to the Fc region of a human antibody, an NP protein (a protein of a full-length sequence), or a mixture thereof provides protective immunity in type I interferon receptor KO mice.
