Abstract:
Disclosed are a vacuum belt dryer for multi-layer microwave heating and sterilizing and a method for drying and sterilizing corn steep liquor thereof. The vacuum belt dryer comprises a tank body, a plurality of rows of horizontal circulating conveyor belts parallel to each other being provided at intervals from top to bottom within the tank body, conveying rollers being provided at each end of the circulating conveyor belt, a microwave heating and sterilizing device being provided on the circulating conveyor belt between the conveying rollers, a feed spray head being provided above one end of the circulating conveyor belt correspondingly, a middle part of the feed spray head being provided on a feed rotary shaft, and the other end of the feed spray head being connected to a feed pump outside the tank body by means of a feed hose, and a discharge auger being provided below the other end of the circulation conveyor belt. In the present invention, the use of the microwave heating device greatly improves the production efficiency of an apparatus, the intensity of heating of the vacuum belt dryer is increased by many times, and the amount of dehydration per heating area is increased by even ten times.
