Abstract:
A vacuum food processor (100), comprising a stirring container (10), a cutter base (20), a top cover (30), a gas channel, and a vacuumising mechanism (40), the stirring container being provided with an operating chamber (11) with an open top; the cutter base seals the open top of the operating chamber, the cutter base being provided with a cutter (21), and the cutter extending into the operating chamber and being used for grinding or stirring the food in the operating chamber; the top cover is connected to the cutter base, the top cover being provided with an accommodating chamber (31) open in the direction of the cutter base, a control motherboard (32) being arranged inside the accommodating chamber; the vacuumising mechanism is arranged inside the accommodating chamber of the top cover, the vacuumising mechanism being electrically connected to the control motherboard, and the vacuumising mechanism being provided with an air suction nozzle (42) and an air exhaust nozzle (43); the gas channel comprises a cutter gas opening and a pump gas opening, the gas channel being used for hermetically conveying gas between the cutter gas opening (22) and the pump gas opening; and the pump gas opening is hermetically connected to the air suction nozzle of the vacuumising mechanism. The present vacuum food processor is structurally simple, and connection and use thereof are convenient and quick; after vacuumising, the entire stirring container can be carried out, being highly convenient for the user.
