Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a valve structure for a compressor, by which stable operation can be maintained without damaging a reed valve and a valve seat during high-speed operation, and sticking of the reed valve due to lubrication oil can also be reduced. The valve structure is provided with: a valve plate 3 which is disposed between a cylinder block having a cylinder bore and a cylinder head having a space for temporary storing working fluid, and in which a port (discharge port 30) for providing communication between the cylinder bore and the space is formed; an annular valve seat 36 which is disposed on the opening end edge of the port (discharge port 30) of the valve plate 3; and a reed valve (discharge valve 31) which opens and closes the port (discharge port 30) by coming into contact with and moving away from the valve seat 36. The valve seat 36 has a larger radial width on the tip side of the reed valve (discharge valve 31) than at the base side thereof, and when in a state in which the port (discharge port 30) is closed by the reed valve (discharge valve 31), the outer edge of the tip part of the reed valve (discharge port 30) is positioned inward of the outer edge of the valve seat 36.
