Abstract:
A variable frequency automatic cable retractor used in electrical engineering. In the variable frequency automatic cable retractor, two driving wheels (3) are respectively fixed at front ends of two bases (8), and are connected to each other by means of a linked drive shaft (7). A motor (4) is fixed on one of the bases. A motor wheel (10) is installed on a motor shaft. A transmission wheel (11) is installed on the linked drive shaft. A conveyor belt (12) is looped around the motor wheel and the transmission wheel. An operation platform (13) is installed above the motor. A reverse switch (6) and a frequency converter (5) are installed on the operation platform. The rotation speed of the motor is controlled by the frequency converter, and forward and reverse rotation of the motor is controlled by the reverse switch. A plug-in blocking plate (9) is fixed at a rear end of each mechanical screw jack (1). A front end of each mechanical screw jack is connected to a driven wheel (2). The two driven wheels are respectively provided in the bases, and are slidable back and forth along the length of the bases. The device causes a cable reel to automatically rotate, and the operation is simple and efficient, thereby greatly improving construction quality and operation efficiency in electrical engineering, and reducing labor costs.
