Abstract:
A variable-frequency speed regulator of mining direct-current power supply alternating-current permanent magnet synchronous motor, belonging to the field of variable-frequency speed regulation control technology, and comprising a speed regulator (1). The speed regulator (1) comprises a vibration chamber (2), a heat dissipation chamber (3), a speed regulating knob (4) and a regulating button (5), a group of vibration springs (6) are located at the bottom of the vibration chamber (2), lower ends of the vibration springs (6) are fixedly connected to the vibration chamber (2), and upper ends of the vibration springs (6) are fixedly connected to a press plate (7); the press plate (7) is provided with polygonal holes (8), and the press plate (7) is fixedly connected to an elastic membrane (9); a gas collecting bag (10) is fixedly connected to the vibration chamber (2), and both the gas collecting bag (10) and the elastic membrane (9) are provided with a gas guide hole (11); a sealing plate (12) is located on a side face of the vibration chamber (2), the sealing plate (12) is used for sealing the vibration chamber (2), an air inlet hole (13) is provided on the sealing plate (12), two groups of cams (14) are provided along a rotary shaft (15), the cams (14) are fixedly connected to the rotary shaft (15), a push rod (16) is provided on an upper face, away from the air inlet hole (13), of the cam (14), and the push rod (16) is fixedly connected to the press plate (7); a torsion spring (17) is fixedly connected to the rotary shaft (15), and the rotary shaft (15) is rotatably connected in a speed increasing chamber (18); a rotary plate (19) is hinged in the heat dissipation chamber (3), such that gas entering the speed regulator (1) is kept dry and clean, ensuring a working environment inside the speed regulator (1).
