Abstract:
A variable magnetic reluctance magnetic levitation weft insertion apparatus, comprising an electromagnetic assembly (1) and an electromagnetic controller (2); the electromagnetic assembly comprises electromagnetic iron coils (11), magnetically conductive columns (12), and a mover weft insertion piece (13); the electromagnetic iron coils (11) and the magnetically conductive columns (12) are arranged in a straight line and the number thereof matches, each electromagnetic iron coil (11) being composed of an inner iron core and a coil wound around the iron core; the top parts of the magnetically conductive columns (12) extend towards one another to form a horizontal magnetic levitation track; the mover weft insertion piece (13) is composed of a wear-resistant shell (13a) and a mover iron piece (13b) embedded in the wear-resistant shell (13a); and the electromagnetic iron coils (11) are clamped in the middle of the magnetically conductive columns (12), the two ends of the iron core of the electromagnetic iron coil (11) being connected to the magnetically conductive column (12) in an integrally formed structure or in close contact without an air gap. The weft insertion piece is driven to move back and forth by means of changes to the magnetic reluctance. The mover weft insertion piece (13) can be designed as a weft feeder or a weft picker according to requirements, forming the handover of weft feeding and weft picking in the middle of the loom.
