Abstract:
The present application can provide: a variable transmittance film in which scratches and light leakage do not occur when a polarization layer is positioned on another surface of a base layer to which a spacer is adhered; and a variable transmittance device in which physical properties such as scratch resistance of an alignment film do not require consideration, defects caused by the movement of upper/lower plate base materials and occurring in a heat resistant condition can be inhibited, and a process margin in a cell manufacturing process increases.
