A vascular implant and a medical device. The vascular implant comprises a tubular implant body (100, 400) which is formed by weaving two or more weaving wires (130, 132, 134, 136, 138) in a crossed manner and has a first end (120, 420) and a second end (110, 410) which are located at two axial ends of the implant body. The first end (120, 420) comprises a plurality of wound-around woven rings (122, 124, 422, 424). The second end (110) comprises a plurality of first connection portions (112); each first connection portion (112) is a non-invasive connection portion formed by connecting at least two weaving wires (130, 132, 134, 136, 138) together; and at least one of the two or more weaving wires (130, 132, 134, 136, 138) comprises a core wire and a sleeve wrapped around the outside of the core wire. The vascular implant can reduce the damage by an end portion of the vascular implant to the inner wall of a blood vessel, improve the stability of the implant, and improve the developing effect.
