Abstract:
A vehicle antenna comprises a conductive portion formed on a surface of a vehicle body, a slot unit, a feed point, and a transceiver module. The slot unit is disposed in the conductive portion and forms an insulating slot in the conductive portion. The feed point is disposed in the slot unit and is electrically connected to the transceiver module. The conductive portion is a part of the vehicle body. The transceiver module is disposed at an inner side of the conduction portion, feeds the slot unit via the feed point, and forms an equivalent field source at the slot unit to radiate a signal. The vehicle antenna provided by the present application forms a slot antenna by forming an insulating slot in the conductive portion of the vehicle body without affecting a car washing process, outer appearance, or drag characteristics thereof.
