Abstract:
A vehicle braking system is provided with a second motor that provides a vehicle with regenerative braking force, and a fluid pressure braking device that provides the vehicle with fluid pressure braking force by adjusting the fluid pressure in a wheel cylinder corresponding to a wheel. The system implements reallocation control for gradually increasing the fluid pressure braking force (BPP) while gradually decreasing the regenerative braking force (BPR) in accordance with deceleration of the vehicle during braking operation. A control device of the vehicle control system limits the regenerative braking force (BPR) on the basis of a prescribed pressure reduction amount (ΔPmcTh) prior to implementing the reallocation control.
