Abstract:
The present invention prevents an input support shaft from tilting when an inside door handle is operated, without impacting moldability or increasing weight. A vehicle door opening/closing device for transmitting the rotations of an inside handle lever (110) to a release lever (20), when the inside handle lever (110) rotates according to a door-opening operation of an inside door handle (IH) positioned inside a vehicle compartment, and allowing an opening movement of a sliding door (SD) relative to the vehicle body (BD), by operating so as to release latch units (FL, RL) provided between the vehicle body (BD) and the sliding door (SD), wherein a subplate (70) is positioned on a base plate (10) so as to cover the base plate (10), an input support shaft (90) for supporting the inside door handle (IH) is positioned on the subplate (70) so as to be capable of rotation, and the inside handle lever (110) is positioned on the input support shaft (90) so as to integrally rotate with the input support shaft (90).
