Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle latch device. In the vehicle latch device (1), a seal bonding part (261) to which an upper seal part (45a) of a waterproof seal is bonded is provided, in an upward protruding manner, to an upper portion of a body accommodating part (26), said upper portion being positioned higher than a striker entry groove (10) in a body (5). Upper positioning parts (263, 262) which receive, support, and position a lower surface and a vehicle-exterior-side end surface of the upper seal part (45a) are provided to a lower edge and a vehicle-exterior-side side edge of the seal bonding part (261). Side positioning parts (264) for positioning a side seal part (45b) such that the side seal part (45b) faces obliquely downward, are provided to a vehicle-interior-side surface of a cover (27) to which the side seal part (45b), having been bent towards the cover (27) side, is bonded.
