Abstract:
A vehicle exterior device 1 comprises: a base member 10; a cover 12 attached to the base member 10 in a watertight manner so as to form an accommodation space S therebetween, and having at least one opening 16; a functional unit 28 including a holder 50 disposed on the base member 10 in the accommodation space S, and a functional component 20 supported by the holder 50 in such a way that a front end thereof is exposed to the opening 16; and a sealing part 56 interposed, around the opening 16, between an outer surface of the functional unit 28 and an inner surface of the cover 12.
