Abstract:
Disclosed are a vehicle-group-based apparatus for large-height lifting and shifting of a bridge, and an implementation method therefor. The apparatus comprises a vehicle group (12), and a lifting and shifting support assembly located above same, wherein the lifting and shifting support assembly comprises at least two rows of conversion connection beams (6) longitudinally arranged along a bridge body (15); a plurality of under-beam outer stand columns (7) vertically arranged in parallel and a plurality of under-beam inner stand columns (8) arranged in parallel and on the inner side of same are fixedly installed below each row of the conversion connection beams (6); the top and the bottom of each of the under-beam inner stand columns (8) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the conversion connection beam (6) and the vehicle group (12), respectively; a plurality of above-beam support stand columns (3) vertically arranged in parallel are fixedly installed above the conversion connection beams (6); upper distribution beams (2) are fixedly installed on the above-beam support stand columns (3); and connecting support bases used for supporting the bridge body (15) are arranged on the distribution beams (2). The implementation method mainly comprises: when the vehicle group (12) jacks the under-beam inner stand columns (8) to ascend or descend the distance of one connection segment, the under-beam outer stand columns (7) correspondingly ascend or descend the distance of one standard connection segment, and the under-beam outer stand columns (7) and the under-beam inner stand columns (8) alternately bear loads such that the bridge can ascend and descend. The apparatus is easy to install, has high adaptability, and is reusable.
