Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle headlamp protection cover comprising: a cover member installed on the front ends of both headlamps of a vehicle; and at least one optical member, provided at one side of the cover member, for expanding the output range of light which passes, among regions to which light radiated from the headlamp is outputted, a portion in the lateral direction of the vehicle, wherein the optical member refracts incident light in the lateral direction of the vehicle to broaden the optic angle. Accordingly, the present invention refracts, in the lateral direction, the passage of the light heading toward the lateral side of the vehicle on the passage of the light outputted from the headlamp, and thereby is capable of minimizing blind spots which may occur on the lateral sides of both a driver seat and a passenger seat when driving at night.
