A vehicle-mounted video and audio playing control method, system (200) and apparatus (1000). The control method comprises the following steps: in response to a vehicle-mounted video and audio mode being enabled, acquiring facial data of at least one user (100, 101, 102, 103, 104) located outside a vehicle (110) (S100); determining a posture parameter of a projection screen (120, 240, 240') according to the facial data of the at least one user (100, 101, 102, 103, 104) (S200), wherein the projection screen (120, 240, 240') is integrated into a trunk door of the vehicle (110), and in the vehicle-mounted video and audio mode, the trunk door is opened and the projection screen (120, 240, 240') is in an unfolded state; adjusting the posture of the projection screen (120, 240, 240') on the basis of the posture parameter (S300); controlling a vehicle-mounted projection apparatus to project video data in video and audio data onto the projection screen (120, 240, 240') (S400); and controlling vehicle-mounted external speakers (130, 270) to synchronously play audio data in the video and audio data (S500). A mode for performing audio and video projection and playing for a user (100, 101, 102, 103, 104) located outside a vehicle (110) is provided, and the posture of a vehicle-mounted projection screen (120, 240, 240') can be automatically adjusted according to facial data of the user (100, 101, 102, 103, 104), so as to be adapted to a viewing angle of the user (100, 101, 102, 103, 104), thereby improving the user (100, 101, 102, 103, 104) experience of a vehicle-mounted audio and video mode.
