A vehicle trailer (100), with: - a chassis which has at least one wheel axle (101) and a towing device (102), - a trailer coupling (104) arranged on the towing device (102), - a number of manoeuvring aids (1) which each have at least one fastening part (2) for fastening the manoeuvring aid (1) to the vehicle trailer (100), at least one handle part (3) for the manual action of an operator, and at least one connecting part (4) which connects the at least one handle part (3) to the at least one fastening part (2) and/or connects the fastening parts (2) to one another, wherein the number of manoeuvring aids (1) is greater than or equal to one, wherein at least one fastening part (2) of at least one manoeuvring aid (1) from the number of manoeuvring aids (1) is designed to fasten the at least one manoeuvring aid (1) to the vehicle trailer (100) by releasing the trailer coupling (104), and therefore, in the fastened state of the at least one manoeuvring aid (1) to the vehicle trailer (100), the at least one manoeuvring aid (1) is not supported on the ground or is supported in a manner such that it can be lifted.
