Description:
Vehicle The sphere of technique The object of invention is a vehicle intended to transport people, animals, plants, and different objects, performing researches and realizing other assignments e. g. sports and recreation, especially as a wheel chair-a vehicle to transport handicapped persons.

The state of technique Well-known are wheeled vehicles, caterpillar tread, mixed (caterpillar treaded-wheeled) intended to drive on rails, roads and pathless tracts. Some vehicles (especially caterpillar treaded) possess large ability to conquering hindrances.

Well-known are wheelchairs four-, three-and five BOT 3000-wheeled also equipped with the caterpillar treaded system. They have the manual drive; crank transferred on to the front wheel or direct-manual on additional rims at the back wheels. Also used is an electric drive in a form of the only source of drive (heavy carts) or as an additional drive to manual drive. The wheels in carts have the constant position (usually the back wheels) or set are by a rotating motion (on a drawn rocker), some carts (especially heavy) possess controlled wheels. The wheels possess tires pneumatic or solid. Most of carts possess ability to be folded partially or completely for transportation purpose for example. Possibility of diminution of dimensions of a cart to transportation is limited not only by the technical design, but also foremost with sizes of large drive cogs. On the other hand ability to deal with obstacles (e. g. curbs) calls for use of large in diameter wheels-.

These carts come true while riding on hard and flat surface and equal basis and possess ability to overcome of perpendicular hindrances about heights to 8-10 cm high. Cart BOT 3000 has considerable mobility; however, it is large and heavy.

Essence of invention Vehicle according to invention is equipped in the bearing frame 1, seat 2 with support 3, chassis with circular or caterpillar points of support, manual drive 5, driving aggregate mechanical 6 with batteries 7 and with steering element 8. His chassis possesses all or at least one carriageable system (profitably three), from which at least one is self- adjusting or steered. At least one from them is constructed from three shoulders 9 joint together and settled by rotary motion on axis 19. So created triangle can turn round freely or with drive, but possesses possibility to stop of movement with latch 10. On ends of shoulders are settled by rotary motion wheels 11 without drive, with possibility of periodic or solid blocking of movement of each wheel across turning cams 21 which propels pushers 20. Pushers after insertion of ends to depressions of cog-wheel 11 block turn of these wheels, and simultaneously in conditions of further work of drive cause turning oneself of all carriageable system (triangle). Around of wheels 11 is wound toothed belt 12 working as caterpillar. Additionally belt winds oneself also around wheel 13, which can be equipped in drive e. g. mechanical 17, latch 14, brake 15 and sensors. Wheel 13 is secured to frames 1 by rocker equipped with spring, thanks to what creates tensor of caterpillar. Profitably front, single carriageable system is created in form of classical caterpillar, settled by rotary motion on perpendicular or near to vertical axis put profitably asymmetrically with possibility of controlled self-adjusting direction, possessing possibility of blocking in any or definite direction of drive, whereas caterpillar possesses possibility of forced inclining down and up around perpendicular axis to direction of drive by means of strings, pushers, servo-motors, springs, engines or in mixed manner. It makes possible then, extortion of inclination of caterpillar back and up in situation of riding downhill from stairs and inclination her down and forward during entering on stairs (with back facing forward). Frame of vehicle 1 and support 3 possesses joints, hinges and sliding elements making possible folding and arrangement, shortening and lengthening of each elements, what makes possible enlarging and diminishing heights (profitably at utilization of gas-springs 18), and also thanks to lowering back parts of frame and extension her frontal part, makes possible inclination of vehicle to back. This in turn permits to hold perpendicular position of trunk of user during driving on stairs up and down. Manual drive can practically be used as only or auxiliary and is constituted from lever mainspring settled on axis and of strings and/or pushers attached constantly or periodically to caterpillar in friction manner-or indented. Drive, regulation and inspection of movement of all supervisory elements, regulating; rotatory or mobile and speeds, parameters and direction of movement, and of drive takes place by hand, mechanically and electrically.

Vehicle according to invention possesses a number of constructional solutions, especially carriageable system, which make possible drive on flat ground, inclined, on sand, on snow, on stairs-up and down, and also permit enlargement of his height and entering frontal part of vehicle through doors to interiors of usual passenger car, and also to put inside user and taking him off from swimming pool. Composition and arrangement of vehicle is also possible, which in composite state can possibly take oblong form-becoming easy to transportation package.

Examples of realization of invention Vehicle according to invention is equipped in frame bearing 1, seat 2 with support 3, chassis with circular or caterpillar points of support, manual drive 5, driving team mechanical 6 with batteries 7 and with driver 8. His chassis possesses all or at least one carriageable arrangement (profitably three), from of which at least one is self-adjusting or steered. At least one from them is constructed from three shoulders 9 joint together and settled by rotary motion on axis 19. So came into being triangle, can turn around freely or with drive, however possesses ability of stop movement by latch 10. On ends of shoulders, are settled by rotary motion wheels 11 without drive, with possibility of periodic or solid blocking of movement of each wheel across turning cams 21 which propels pushers 20. Pushers after insertion of ends to depressions of cog-wheel 11 block turn of these wheels, and simultaneously in conditions of further work of drive cause turning oneself of all carriageable arrangement (triangle). Around of wheels 11 is wound-toothed belt 12 working as caterpillar. Additionally belt winds itself around wheel 13, which can be equipped in drive e. g. mechanical 17, latch 14, brake 15 and sensors.

Wheel 13 is secured to frames 1 by the rocker equipped in spring, thanks to what it creates tensor of caterpillar. Profitably front, single carriageable arrangement is built in form of classical caterpillar settled by rotary motion on perpendicular or nearing to vertical axis put profitably asymmetrically with possibility of control or self-adjusting direction; having possibility of blocking in any or definite direction of drive, whereas caterpillar possesses possibility of forced inclining down and up around axis perpendicular to direction of drive by strings, pushers, servo-motors, springs, engines or in mixed manner. This makes possible extortion of inclination of caterpillar to back and up in situation of riding downhill from stairs and inclination it down and forward during entering on stairs (with back facing forward). Frame of vehicle 1 have joints, hinges and sliding elements making possible folding and arrangement, shortening and lengthening of each elements, what makes possible enlarging and diminishing heights (profitably at utilization of gas-springs 18), and also thanks to lowering back parts of frame and extension her frontal parts, inclination of vehicle to back is possible. This in turn permits to hold perpendicular position of trunk of user during driving on stairs up and down.

Manual drive can practically work as only or helping and is constructed from lever mainspring settled on axis and strings and/or pushers attached constantly or periodically to caterpillar in friction manner or indented. Vehicle possesses at least one mechanical sensor 23, laser, sound or other placed on wheel or on frame, to steering with blocking or with applying off the brake 11 in situation of entering of the cart on stairs. It is indispensable to give signal or immediate blocking of turning of wheels 11 and this oneself making possible of turning oneself of shoulders 9. To seats 2 are attached movably elements profitably piped 24 with fastened stools, to which profitably movably are secured other elements 25, which after advancing create lever mainspring, which pull off causes elevation of lower limbs of user, possible to locking with belts 26. This makes possible then, comfortable elevation of limbs up, during getting to car. To frontal parts of frame are attached movably on constant or periodically profitably two piped elements 27, joint in upper parts with juncture element profitably in form of hammock 28, to which piped elements are attached driving elements in form of lines 29 or servo- motors-making possible lift down of user to and taking him up from swimming pool. To seats, movably are attached elements profitably piped 24 joint profitably periodically e. g. with tape, with turnips, with fastened profitably folding stools, to which profitably movably are secured other elements 25, which after advancing create lever mainspring, which pull causes elevation of lower limbs of user, possible to blocking profitably belts 26. To seats, are attached during use of vehicle at swimming pool elements profitably piped 24, to which is secured separately cross-beam with arrangement of blocks and of lines 30 running to tops of elements 3, in close of which are reels 31 to wind lines or pulleys directing lines to engines or servo-motors, at what shortening or lengthening of lines causes inclining of standing vertically elements 24 to horizontal level and back, and lowering and lifting of user e. g. to swimming pool. To elements profitably 3 or 31 attached are pull rods 32 in form of profitably joint lines profitably lying cross-beam on the ground behind vehicle, on of which can stand up person serving, determining counterweight e. g. for person lowered to swimming pool. Then, this protects vehicle before overthrowing oneself forward (to swimming pool). Elements profitably piped 24 or other practical additionally through its elongation in lonesome position lean on basis determining additional stabilization e. g. during lowering user to swimming pool. Other version of device making possible lowering and elevation of user are attached movably on constants or periodically to frontal part of elements of seat profitably two piped elements 27, joint in upper parts with juncture element in form profitably of hammock 28, to which piped elements are attached driving elements in form of lines 29 profitably in cuirasses or servo-motors making possible lowering user to, and taking him off from swimming pool. Carriageable wheels 33 possess arrangement of profitably radially seated solid or of profitably moving axially pins 34 being close by wheels or profitably passing through wheel and tire, and advanced during e. g. drive on ice across profitably turn of cam 35, pneumatically or otherwise. Carriageable wheels 33 possess profitably horizontal arrangement, parallel to axis of circle of rods joint 36 with one ends with wheel or with his tire, and with second ring 37 or with next tire, at what arrangement of rods creates gear rack for toothed belt 12, and space among rods and with ring and with wheel serves to carry away of sand and snow.

One or several of front carriageable arrangements in form of caterpillar 22 single or several of caterpillars, wheel or of many wheels, which can be inclined up and down through profitably pull rods 38 or servo-motor passed through axis of fork 40, is blocked angularly in suitable position latch 39 slowed down after getting down to work pull rods 38, and also in extreme inclinations of caterpillar 22 blocking of rotatory movement of fork 40 in profitably straight arrangement across profitably blocking gear racks 41 with latch 42.

Bearing elements of back support 3 profitably piped are joint together by means of folding trestle 43, which bottom ends attached by articulation to bottom ends of elements 3, and upper ends of trestle are attached by articulation to element 45 having possibility of pushing along element 3 with possibility of automatic or manual blocking and unblocking in selected position. This assures then stability of side vehicle.

Upper part of elements 1 profitably piped is joint by articulation profitably sphere joints with element 45, and bottom is joint immediately or across element lengthened profitably by articulation or pneumatic spring, which shortens across abbreviation of thin line 50 with fork 40, at what if vehicle possesses only one frontal carriageable arrangement (three points of support), then bottom connection of elements 1 is articulated with axis of turn placed profitably vertically. This part of construction makes possible fold of frontal part of vehicle in two surfaces simultaneously. Stabilizing of elements 1 in position of inclination is realized across elastic tension or of folding elements 46 fastened by articulation among bottom ends of elements 3 and with bottom parts of elements 1. This prevents then to overthrow forward oneself of vehicle. Stabilization of vehicle in version with four points of support is realized through additional spread trestle attached at one ends across articulations to elements 45 or 1 or forks 40, and at second end by articulations to elements movable on element 1. Elements bearing seats 2 are attached by articulations or flexible elements profitably tape to elements bearing supports 3 or to element 45, and limiting arrangements of seat is realized through tension of elastic or folding elements 47, bottom braces, locks or in mixed manner. At least one driving team together with carriageable arrangement is jointed movably with profitably piped bearing element 48 through bearing, which is placed close by or profitably inside of element 3, and these elements have possibility of mutual pushing through arrangement of thin lines profitably in cuirasses and of blocks or immediately by engines, servo-motors, springs, manual drives or in mixed manner equipped in resilient elements or resilient- suppressing. Steering of vehicle movement takes place profitably, by at teast one versatile lever and/or remote steering. Battery fastened is to trestle 43 or placed under seat profitably in suitable pocket. Drive, regulation and control of movement of all supervisory elements, regulating, rotator or movable and speeds, parameters and of direction of movement, and of drive takes place by hand, mechanically and electrically.

Through described construction of vehicle can move forward and back, on flat ground, unequal, sandy and on snow and by stairs up and down.
