Abstract:
This vehicle lamp (100) comprises: a substrate (24); a light source (22a) mounted on the substrate (24); a projection lens (30) disposed in front of the light source (22a); and a waveguide body (40) which has an entry surface (44a) via which light from the light source (22a) enters, is disposed between the light source (22a) and the projection lens (30), and emits light toward the projection lens (30). On the light source (22a) side of the entry surface (44a), a first space (201) is provided between the substrate (24) and a first region (441b) of the entry surface (44a), the first region including a part of the outer peripheral edge of the entry surface (44a), a second space (203) is provided which communicates with the first space (201) and is in contact with a second region (441c) of the incident surface (44a), the second region including another part of the outer peripheral edge of the incident surface (44a). The width of the second space (203) is greater than the width of the first space (201) in the emission direction of the light from the light source (22a).
