A ventilation device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a housing including an intake flow channel for guiding outdoor air introduced through a first intake port to the indoor side through a first exhaust port, and an exhaust flow channel for guiding indoor air introduced through a second intake port to the outdoor side through a second exhaust port; a total enthalpy heat exchanger provided to cause air flowing along the intake flow channel and air flowing along the exhaust flow channel to exchange heat with each other; and a heat exchanger provided to remove moisture in air flowing along the intake flow channel, wherein: the housing comprises a connection passage connecting the intake flow channel and the exhaust flow channel, and a connection flow channel opening/closing unit provided to selectively open or close a connection flow channel; and the connection flow channel is provided to cause indoor air introduced through the second intake port to flow into the first exhaust port through the heat exchanger without being introduced into the total enthalpy heat exchanger.
