Abstract:
The present invention provides a ventilation and cooling structure of a permanent magnet motor, comprising a housing, a first end cover, a second end cover, a stator and an air driving device. The housing encloses a mounting channel, and the first end cover and the second end cover are respectively mounted at both ends of the mounting channel. The stator is provided on the inner wall of the housing, a first air duct parallel to the central line of the mounting channel is provided on the stator, a second air duct which is also parallel to the central line of the mounting channel is provided between the inner and outer walls of the housing, a first opening is provided on the outer wall of the housing, a second opening is provided on the first end cover, two ends of the first air duct and the second air duct are respectively in communication with the first opening and the second opening, and the air driving device drives air to flow in the first air duct and the second air duct. Compared with cases where air only flows in a single cooling channel, air can simultaneously flow in the first air duct and the second air duct, thereby improving the cooling effect of the motor.
