Abstract:
A ventilation device according to the present invention comprises: an exhaust path through which flows exhaust air to be output to the outside; an air supply path through which flows supplied air to be supplied to the inside; an exhaust fan which is disposed on the exhaust path; an air supply fan which is disposed on the air supply path; a total heat exchanger which exchanges heat between the exhaust air and the supplied air; and a coolant circuit which includes a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a first restriction device, and a first heat exchanger, wherein the first heat exchanger is disposed upstream of the total heat exchanger along the flow of supplied air in the air supply path and heats air that flows into the total heat exchanger when the outside air temperature is less than or equal to a threshold value.
