Technical Field
The invention relates to the positioning of the windows at the desired angle.
The invention relates to a mechanism for locating the window casement in the specified position by establishing a connection between the window casement and frame.
Prior Art
In the current window systems, the window casements have only the opening and closing functions and they do not have the function of being open at the desired angle. The user can use a specially designed stopper when he/she wants to leave the window casement half-opened or can position it by putting any material (pillow, box, book, pipe, etc.) in his/her house between the casement and the frame. In these cases, the goods placed between the casement and the frame are at a risk of falling down and hurting third parties.
In the prior art, there is no locking and safety system which ensures that the casement separated from the frame is secured in a certain position while it is open. Therefore, children are at risk of falling down when the window is open.
Because the window casement cannot be fixed when it is open, there is a risk of glass breakage as a result of sudden closing or opening of the casement due to the effect of the wind.
In another application, plastic ventilation lever is used to leave the casement slightly opened. The disadvantage of this application is that due to the plastic lever protrudes outward, this may result in it is being visually unpleasant and may cause physical injury. In addition, when this lever is removed, holes are left in the visible parts of the casement and the frame. Also, the plastic lever arm can be broken very quickly.
In the search for a prior art, an application document numbered TR2010/07863 was encountered. This invention relates to a mechanism that allows the window used for ventilation or for an exit to be partially opened and locked for security purposes. In this embodiment, as mentioned in the prior art, the arm that keeps the casement partially open is protruded outward. The fact that the arm is outside causes the aforementioned disadvantages in the known state of the art.
As a result, due to the above-mentioned drawbacks and the inadequacy of the existing solutions, an improvement in the technical field has been required.
The Purpose of Invention
The invention is intended to provide a mechanism with different technical features which, unlike the structures used in the present technique, brings a new development to this area.
The purpose of the invention is to open the windows at the determined point and lock in this point to ensure safe ventilation of the room.
The invention is designed for a safe construction by opening and locking the window at the specified level, eliminating the risk of children falling.
The invention aims to prevent accidents that may occur by eliminating the items used for positioning the window at the specified level of openness. Moreover, with the casement locked in a certain position, it is prevented that the casement crashes and the glass breaks due to the effect of the wind.
With the invention, it is aimed not to insert any pieces on the outer side of the casement and the frame, and not to drill any holes. In this way, there will not be a visually unpleasant appearance from the outside and no injuries will be caused. In addition, when changes are made to the improper installations, the holes will not be visible from the outside.
In order to realize the above mentioned purposes, the present invention is a mechanism in the window systems that allows the casement to be separated from the frame and opened at a certain level and locked, that comprises; · a frame connector with a frame connection slot and an arm connection slot connected on the internal surface of the frame facing the casement,
• a casement connector with a casement connection slot and an fixing connection slot connected on the internal surface of the casement facing the frame,
• a fixing element connected to the fixing connection slot of the casement connector, • a fixing arm with a frame connection slot that provides fixing to the frame connector, a channel where the fixing element passes into, and at least one securing slot inside the channel,
• a fixing arm connector which is connected to the arm connection slot and the frame connection slot to provide a single point of connection between the frame connector and the fixing arm and also provides the rotational movement of the fixing arm at the axis of this point of connection.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention outlined in the drawings below and in the detailed description made by referring these figures will be understood clearly, therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration.

Detailed Description Of The Invention
In this detailed description, preferred structures of the invention are explained only for a better understanding of the subject matter and without any restrictive effect.
The present invention is a mechanism in the window systems that allows the casement (8) to be separated from the frame (7), and opened and locked at a certain level, that comprises;
• a frame connector (1 ) with a frame connection slot (1.2) and an arm connection slot (1.1 ) connected on the internal surface of the frame (7) facing the casement (8),
• a casement connector (3) with a casement connection slot (3.1 ) and an fixing connection slot (3.2) connected on the internal surface of the casement (8) facing the frame (7),
• a fixing element (4) connected to the fixing connection slot (3.2) of the casement connector (3),
• a fixing arm (2) with a frame connection slot (2.1 ) that provides fixing to the frame connector (1 ), a channel (2.2) where the fixing element (4) passes into, and at least one fixing slot (2.3) inside the channel (2.2),
• a fixing arm connector (5) which is connected to the arm connection slot (1.1 ) and the frame connection slot (2.1 ) to provide a single point of connection between the frame connector (1 ) and the fixing arm (2) and also provides the rotational movement of the fixing arm (2) at the axis of this point of connection.
In a general aspect, the invention comprises a frame connector (1 ), a casement connector (3) and a fixing arm (2) which are connected between the frame (7) and the casement (8) in the windows. The fixing arm (2) is fixed to the frame (7) with the frame connector (1 ) and provides the securing by passing to the casement connector (3) located on the casement (8). The frame connector (1 ) and the casement connector (3) are connected to the inside surfaces of the frame (7) and the casement (8) coinciding with each other when the window is closed. In this case, it is ensured that the fixing arm (2) remains in the invisible part when the casement (8) is closed. Figures 1 -a, 1 -b and 1 -c illustrate some views of the mechanism of the invention. The fixing arm (2), which allows the frame (7) and the casement (8) to remain semi-open, is connected to the frame (7) with the frame connector (1 ) and to the casement (8) with the casement connector (3). The fixing arm (2) is connected to the frame connector (1 ) and therefore to the frame (7). In addition, the fixing arm (2) must have the ability to rotate axially from the connection point to the frame connector (1 ). For this purpose, the fixing arm (2) is connected to the frame connector (1 ) from a single point, by a fixing arm connector (5). For the purpose of ensuring this connection, there is a frame connection slot (2.1 ) on the fixing arm (2) and an arm connection slot (1.1 ) on the frame connector (1 ). The frame connector (1 ) is connected to the frame (7) by means of various connecting members with the frame connection slot (1.2) provided thereon.
The other end of the fixing arm (2) that is connected to the frame (7) is connected in an interlaced manner to the casement connector (3) that is connected to the casement (8). For this purpose; there is a fixing element (4) on the casement connector (3) and a channel (2.2) formed at the end part of the fixing arm (2). The fixing arm (2) is raised from the bottom up, allowing the fixing element (4) to enter the fixing slot (2.3) in the channel (2.2) and to secure the casement (8). There are multiple fixing slots (2.3) in the channel (2.2) for the fixing arm (2) to be stopped at various points. The fixing element (4) is connected to the fixing connection slot (3.2) on the casement connector (3). The casement connector (3) is connected to the casement (8) by means of the casement connection slots (3.1 ) located on the casement.
The fixing arm (2) has a strength tie (2.5) formed on its body with the purpose of being resistant to strain. In this way, the fixing arm (2) is prevented from breaking as a result of any strain.
The mechanism of invention is mounted to allow maximum opening of the mechanism with the aim of making the connection of the mechanism on the frame (7) and casement (8) correctly. For the purpose of ensuring this assembly, there is a mounting position hole (2.4) on the fixing arm (2) and there is a mounting position corresponding hole (1.3) on the frame connector (1 ). The position in which these holes (2.4, 1.3) overlap is the most extreme movement that the fixing arm (2) can do on the frame connector (1 ) when the casement (8) is opened, in short the position of the maximum opening. This dimension is determined depending on the distance the fixing member (4) can move within the channel (2.2) when the casement (8) is desired to be closed. The mounting positioning hole (2.4) and the mounting positioning corresponding hole (1.3) are maintained at the same level with a mounting pin (6) in order to make the connection of the casement connector (3) at the right angle {35°-45°). After the connection of the mechanism to the frame (7) and the casement (8), the mounting pin (6) is broken and the mechanism becomes ready to operate.
In addition, the number of stages in which the casement (8) can be left open can be increased by increasing the length of the channel (2.2) on the fixing arm (2) and the number of fixing slots (2.3).
The invention, which is shown in Figure 2 in an exemplary embodiment, can be easily mounted on existing window systems and will not disturb the structure and operation of the system. If desired, the invention will be able to operate the casement (8) in a normal manner by bringing it into the idle position from the interlocking position, by removing the fixing element (4) from the channel (2.2). In the invention, the engagement of the fixing element (4) with the fixing slots (2.3) located in the channel (2.2) provides locking. This locking operation also carries a child lock feature that prevents children from encountering any danger. At the same time, the casement (8) is opened at the desired stage to enable ventilation.
