Abstract:
Disclosed are a vertical waste treatment furnace, and a waste treatment system and method. The vertical waste treatment furnace comprises a furnace cover (300), a furnace body (200) and a furnace base (100). The furnace cover (300) is fixed on a support and is provided with a feeding bin (301). An upper end of the furnace body (200) is movably connected with the furnace cover (300) in a rotating manner, and a lower end thereof is fixedly connected with the furnace base (100). A rotary fire grate (110) is arranged in the furnace base (100). A flue gas treatment device is further arranged on the furnace cover (300), with a first separation device being arranged between the flue gas treatment device and the furnace body (200). The first separation device comprises a first separation plate (201), a flue body (202) and a baffle plate (203), wherein the first separation plate (201) is provided with a through hole (204) used for allowing flue gas of a vaporizing chamber to pass through, the flue body (202) is arranged on an upper surface of the first separation plate (201) and surrounds the periphery of the through hole (204), the baffle plate (203) is arranged at an upper end of the flue body (202), and an exhaust port is formed on the flue body (202). The vertical waste treatment furnace and the waste treatment system occupy a small amount of area and are low in cost, and the waste treatment efficiency of the treatment method is high.
