Abstract:
The present invention provides a viable microbial agent that contains Lactococcus lactis, a microorganism belonging to the genus Lactobacillus or a mixture of these microorganisms, wherein the aforesaid microorganisms have been treated with a protective agent comprising at least silica and sodium glutamate.
