Abstract:
Provided is a vibration-absorbing shield torque limiting clutch, including an active end and a passive end which are axially sleeved, a constant torque connector is provided between the active end and the passive end, the inner spline hole of the active end is axially sleeved on the hollow spline shaft of the motor; a high-vibration-absorbing rubber ring (4) is fixed axially on the tail of the passive end, the high-vibration-absorbing rubber ring (4) is wrapped outside an inner spline sleeve (9), and the two are fixedly connected by the connector; after the spline shaft of the reducer penetrates the hollow spline shaft of the motor, it is inserted into the inner spline sleeve (9) to connect with the spline. The clutch largely reduces the overload disengagement rate by shielding the instantaneous torque pulse, and well solves the defects in the prior design.
