Abstract:
Provided is a vibration device in which a reduction in vibration intensity does not readily accompany a reduction in size and thickness. This vibration device 1 is provided with: a first elastic plate 2a which is provided with first and second ends 2a4, 2a5, and a first flat surface portion 2a1 which is positioned between the first and second ends 2a4, 2a5; a second elastic plate 2b which is joined to the second end 2a5 side of the first elastic plate 2a, is provided with a second flat surface portion 2b1 facing the first flat surface portion 2a1 of the first elastic plate 2a, and has a higher bending rigidity than the first elastic plate 2a; a piezoelectric vibration element 3 provided to the second elastic plate 2b side surface of the first flat surface portion 2a1 of the first elastic plate 2a; and a mass-adding member 8 which is attached to the first end 2a4 of the first elastic plate 2a.
