Abstract:
A vibration generation device according to the present invention comprises a casing, a vibrating body, a driving means, and an elastic support that vibratably holds the vibrating body in a first direction, wherein: the elastic support has a holding part that holds the vibrating body, and plate-spring-like elastic sections folded multiple times in the first direction on both ends of the holding part in the first direction; the elastic sections comprise a first flat part disposed to the outside of the holding part and extending in a third direction, a first bent part connecting a top edge of the flat part and the holding part and having the fold thereof extending in a second direction, a second flat part disposed to the outside of the first flat part and extending in the third direction, and a second bent part linking a lower edge of the first flat part and a lower edge of the second flat part and having the fold thereof extending in the second direction; and the first flat part has an arm section, which extends in the second direction, between a connecting location with the first bent part and a connecting location with the second bent part.
