Abstract:
A vibration noise reduction analysis method for an automotive panel component according to the present invention comprises: acquiring a vehicle body mesh model that includes a vibration noise reduction target panel component model and a vibration transmission frame component model and in which an excitation source is set (S1); selecting a specific frequency band for the vibration noise reduction target panel component model (S3); specifying the vibration transmission frame component model that contributes significantly to vibration noise from the vibration noise reduction target panel component model (S5); optimizing the plate thickness for each mesh of the specified vibration transmission frame component model (S7); setting a division area in the specified vibration transmission frame component model, on the basis of the optimized plate thickness for each mesh (S9); optimizing the plate thickness for each division area (S11); and determining the division area and the optimum plate thickness of the vibration transmission frame component model, on the basis of the plate thickness optimized for each division area (S13).
