Abstract:
Disclosed is a vibration type color master batch screening device, relating to the technical field of color master batch apparatuses. Damping springs are mounted at the bottom of a box, support legs are mounted at lower ends of the damping springs, a material feeding hopper is mounted at an upper right end of the box, a material guiding plate is mounted at a lower end of the material feeding hopper, multiple screens are arranged in the box in an oblique manner, left ends of the screens are connected to an inner side wall of the box via connection elastic plates, baffle plates are mounted at right ends of the screens, lower ends of the screens are connected to mounting plates of the box via connection springs, a material collecting plate is arranged in the box in a downward oblique manner, material discharging pipes are mounted at left ends of the multiple screens and the material collecting plate, spring return valve plates are mounted in the material discharging pipes, and a vibration motor is mounted at the bottom of the box. The present invention can conveniently realize quick feeding and screening, realizes vibration screening during screening, can save on time, and has high efficiency.
