Abstract:
This viscous fluid feeding apparatus is attached to a mounting machine for mounting a component being held on a head and feeds a viscous fluid in which the component is to be immersed, said viscous fluid feeding apparatus comprising: a dish-like tray on which a film of the viscous fluid is formed; a cover which covers the tray and has formed therein an aperture through which a component held on a head is allowed to enter inside; a shutter device which has a shutter plate for closing the aperture and which opens the aperture by actuating the shutter plate; and a control device which performs control on the shutter device so as open/close the aperture when the head performs an immersion motion on a component.
