Abstract:
A visitor entry/exit management system (100) is provided with: an intercom slave device (10) and an intercom master device (15); an electronic lock control device (31) for controlling an electronic lock (30) provided in a door (113); a camera device (20); a server (40); and a user's portable terminal (50) for communication with the server (40). The electronic lock control device (31), upon receiving an unlocking command, outputs an unlocking signal to the electronic lock (30) and the camera device (20). The camera device (20) generates, as recorded image data, image data for a set time starting from and ending after the time at which the unlocking signal was input, and outputs the recorded image data to the server (40). The server (40) transmits an unlocking detection reporting mail to the user's portable terminal (50) and stores the received recorded image data. The user's portable terminal (50) communicates with the server (40) in accordance with the unlocking detection reporting mail, and receives the recorded image data from the server (40).
