Abstract:
A generalized proportional integral observer-based visual measurement time lag compensation method for a photoelectric tracking system. For a visual measurement time lag present in a photoelectric tracking system, by means of an improved generalized proportional integral observer-based feedback control method, an observer is used to estimate the state and uncertainty at a previous moment of the system, as well as a differential thereof; then, said estimates and a state space model of the system are used to calculate the state and uncertainty at a current moment of the system; and finally, a control input of the system is acquired according to estimates of the state and uncertainty of system at the current moment. The described method not only weakens the adverse effect of visual measurement time lag on the system, but also enhances the uncertainty suppression capabilities of the system, and increases the tracking accuracy of the system.
