Abstract:

A voice control error reporting method, comprising the following steps: a terminal receives voice information, and recognizes the voice information (S10); the recognition fails, and a failure reason for the recognition failure is acquired (S20); and prompt information is outputted according to the failure reason (S30). Further disclosed are an electrical appliance and a computer-readable storage medium, which achieves the effect of improving the accuracy of the prompt information when voice control fails.
