Abstract:
A voltage protection circuit and a voltage protection system. The voltage protection circuit comprises: a negative voltage detection and comparison circuit, an isolation optical coupler (D2), and a MOS transistor (VT1). The negative voltage detection and comparison circuit is configured to: detect whether a negative voltage reaches a preset voltage threshold, and control the isolation optical coupler (D2) to be in a turn-on state if the negative voltage reaches the voltage threshold. The isolation optical coupler (D2) is configured to: control the MOS transistor (VT1) connected to the isolation optical coupler (D2) to stop; and the MOS transistor (VT1) is connected to the isolation optical coupler (D2) and a load circuit. The voltage protection circuit can solve the problem of system reboot caused by occurrence of a negative lightning strike current or negative surges, and has a reverse-connection prevention function at the same time.
