Abstract:
Provided is a waist-fitting hula hoop. The hula hoop includes: a circular corrugated tube having rolling holes on an inner surface thereof and corrugations on an outer surface thereof, the corrugated tube having an opened portion; a globular rolling body inserted into the corrugated tube, the rolling body being rolled along the rolling holes to generate vibrations; a length adjustment tube connecting both ends of the corrugated tube to each other to communicate with the inside of the corrugated tube; and an inner hose inserted into the length adjustment tube to reduce impact noises generated by the rolling body. According to the present invention, the corrugated tube may be firmly fixed using a detachable buckle disposed perpendicular to the corrugated tube to adjust the length of the corrugated tube according to the size of a user's body and also prevent the corrugated tube from being separated during exercise. Also, the inner hose formed of a material such as rubber may be disposed within the length adjustment tube to significantly reduce the impact noises generated by the rotation and rolling of the rolling body, thereby reducing user inconvenience and allowing exercise to be performed without limitations in terms of time and place.
