Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a wall building mortar multistage mixing apparatus for repairing ancient buildings, particularly relating to the technical field of repairing ancient buildings. The apparatus comprises a base, wherein a mixing box is fixedly mounted on the top end of the base, a raw material box is fixedly mounted on the top end of the mixing box, and a sampling pipe is arranged on one side of the mixing box. By arranging a raw material box, a partition plate, a pressing rod and an inner plate, during use, mixed raw materials need to be guided into the raw material box, different raw materials are separated by means of the partition plate, and the position of the partition plate can be adjusted according to the weight of the required raw materials, such that the space in the raw material box is separated anew, which facilitates adjustment according to the raw material ratio. Before stirring, a bottom plate needs to be pulled outwards, an opening in the bottom end of the raw material box is opened, such that the raw materials flow into the mixing box until the required amount of the raw materials is reached, and then the corresponding bottom plate can be pushed back to its original position to stop the corresponding raw materials from flowing into the mixing box, which facilitates adjustment of the raw material ratio and increases conveying speed of the raw materials.
