Abstract:
In order to provide a washing machine management device that is capable of properly ordering washing process liquid, washing machine management devices 40, 50 are provided with: an order necessity assessment unit 52 that receives automatic dispensing parameters Vmsd, ΔV indicating automatic dispensing state from a washing machine 10 comprising a dispenser 27 for automatic dispensing washing process liquids 32, 34 stored in a tank 20 into a washing drum 14, and, on the basis of the automatic dispensing parameters Vmsd, ΔV, assesses whether the washing process liquids 32, 34 need to be ordered; and an order processing unit 54 that executes an order process for the washing process liquids 32, 34 if the order necessity assessment unit 52 returns an affirmative assessment.
