Abstract:
Disclosed is a washing machine transmission clutch component, comprising a rotating body and a transmission apparatus. The transmission apparatus comprises a speed-reducing mechanism, a clutch mechanism, and a mounting housing. The rotating body is an outer rotor motor, comprising an outer rotor component and an inner stator component arranged within the outer rotor component. The clutch mechanism comprises a clutch component and a toggling rod component. The clutch component is sleeved on the exterior of a drive shaft input extremity and a drive shaft sleeve input extremity. Power is selectively transmitted to the clutch component via the toggling rod component. The clutch component is provided with a clutch shaft sleeve and a torsional spring component. The clutch shaft sleeve is provided on the exterior of the drive shaft input extremity and is fixedly connected to the outer rotor component. The torsional spring component is sleeved on the exterior of the clutch shaft sleeve and the drive shaft sleeve input extremity. The present invention, in addition to being structurally simple and compact and having a small footprint, also is inexpensive, has a few connecting parts and a simple manufacturing process, is very suitable for large-scale promotion and application, and is particularly suitable for application in the field of low and medium-range washing machines for use in large families.
