Abstract:
Disclosed is a variable damping shock absorbing device of a washing machine and a washing machine. The variable damping shock absorbing device comprises a boom (1), a sleeve (3), and an upper spring seat (2), a damping spring (4) and a lower spring seat (5) provided in the sleeve (3). The upper end of the sleeve (3) is provided with a bracket (6) and its lower end is provided with a bottom cover (7). The boom (1) passes through the bracket (6), the upper spring seat (2) and the damping spring (4) to be connected with the lower spring seat (5). A damping sleeve (8) is arranged between the bracket (6) and the upper spring seat (2). The boom (1) passes through the damping sleeve (8), which provides a variable damping force to the boom (1). The bracket (6) and the upper spring seat (2) squeeze the damping sleeve (8) therebetween, the damping sleeve (8) is deformed and squeezed inwardly, and the friction between the damping sleeve (8) and the boom (1) is increased. When the washing machine begins dewatering, the bias load is too large, an outer barrel exerts an eccentric force on the sleeve (3) and the damping sleeve (8), which is radially deformed to squeeze the boom (1), and the damping force becomes larger; as the dewatering process continues running, the bias load becomes smaller, the eccentric force exerted by the outer barrel to the sleeve (3) and the damping sleeve (8) is released, the damping sleeve (8) recovers and the damping force becomes smaller. The shock absorption performance is improved, the vibration and moving distance of the washing machine is decreased, and noise is reduced.
